isGenerating
Whether the codes are still being generated.
Codes are generated in the background. While this is true, numberOfCodes is still
growing and there is nothing to hand out yet. Mutation.createGuestList waits for the generation to
finish, so the list it resolves to is normally complete. If the mutation timed out, poll
Query.guestList until this is false.
Arguments
isGenerating doesn't take any arguments.
