createExternallyPaidCart

Creates an empty cart whose payment is settled outside Eventjet.

The cart belongs to a Company instead of a shop. No transaction commission is added to it, and Cart.customerDataIsValid always resolves to true. A cart cannot be switched to external payment after it has been created, so this is the only mutation that opens one.

Authorization is required: you must administrate the given company. A company ID that does not exist responds with an unknown-company error.
