appliedGiftCards
The gift cards that have been applied to the cart, in the order they were applied.
Gift cards are applied with Mutation.applyGiftCardToCart and taken off again with
Mutation.removeGiftCardFromCart. Each entry carries the part of the cart it covers as
AppliedGiftCard.amount; what is left over is amountDue.

appliedGiftCards doesn't take any arguments.
